Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28/06/2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on Fit'n'Well Hub, why we use them, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. We also use related technologies like local storage and pixels. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Cookies we use
- Essential / Strictly necessary: keep you signed in, remember your role (Client/Provider), keep checkout secure. Without these the site cannot function. You cannot opt out of essential cookies.
- Preference: remember your billing toggle (monthly/yearly), location filters and similar UI choices.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data so we can improve the Platform (e.g. which pages are visited, how long bookings take). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
- Payment: Stripe sets cookies on its hosted payment form to detect fraud and process payments securely.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking essential cookies will break key features (you will be logged out and unable to book). You can also clear local storage from your browser's site settings.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use (e.g. Stripe for payments, Supabase for auth, our analytics provider). Those parties manage their own cookies under their own policies.
5. Changes
If we add new cookies (for example, marketing or retargeting), we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
