Welcome to Fit'n'Well Hub. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

Bookings made through the platform are agreements between you and the provider. Fit'n'Well Hub facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service delivered.

2. Cancellations

Standard policy permits free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Providers may set their own policies.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees are disclosed at checkout.

4. Provider obligations

Providers must maintain valid qualifications, insurance, and comply with applicable Australian law.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Fit'n'Well Hub's liability is limited.
