Information on the Platform — including provider profiles, service descriptions, articles and reviews — is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional. Always seek the advice of your doctor or appropriately registered practitioner with any questions about a medical condition.

3. Provider verification

We require Providers to confirm they hold appropriate qualifications, insurance, and any registrations required by AHPRA, the TGA or relevant state bodies. We perform reasonable checks but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every claim. You are encouraged to verify a Provider's credentials before booking.

4. Suitability

You are responsible for assessing whether a service is suitable for you. Disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies or medications to your Provider before treatment. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain or adverse symptoms.

5. NDIS & Medicare

Whether a service is claimable under the NDIS or Medicare depends on your plan, the Provider's registration and the service type. Confirm coverage with your Provider, NDIS planner or Medicare before booking.

6. Results

Results from wellness, fitness and beauty services vary between individuals. Testimonials and reviews are personal experiences and are not a guarantee of outcome.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Fit'n'Well Hub is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of services booked through the Platform. See section 12 of our Terms & Conditions.
