Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The Starter plan has no monthly fee so any provider can list, get discovered and accept booking requests. A 5% commission is charged on each completed booking (24 hours before the appointment) to keep the platform sustainable. If you have no live services, no commission is charged.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime, from your provider dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you charge per booking?+
Professional and Studio plans have 0% commission on every booking. Starter pays a flat 5% per booking, charged 24 hours before the appointment.
Do I need to enter a card to sign up as a provider?+
Yes. Every provider saves a card during signup — Starter providers are only charged the 5% booking commission, Professional and Studio providers are billed monthly or yearly for their plan.
Is Fit'n'Well Hub Australian-owned?+
Yes — we're an Australian-owned wellness marketplace built specifically for AU providers, including NDIS invoicing on the Studio plan.
How does the Founding Provider offer work?+
The first 100 providers to sign up to the Studio plan receive 3 months free. Your card is saved at signup and billing automatically starts after the 3-month trial ends. You keep founding-member pricing for life and can cancel any time before the trial ends.
